Little Heath Farm

There’s this middle-aged woman in me who loves nothing more on a Saturday than wander round local plant nurseries, picking up ferns and climbers for my tiny outdoor space.

It’s ironic that I love plants/gardens/green space so much, given that I’m 26 and have no outdoor space to call my own save the 8ft plot of rented concrete I now call our ‘catio’. This space is slowly becoming filled with a mix of both my horticultural successes and failures (I’ve killed more plants than not), but it’s a learning process, right?…

I’m lucky though to have such places as Little Heath Farm (a tiny plant nursery in Potten End) practically on my doorstep, one of the many reasons why I love living outside the city. I’ve got a lot to learn 🌿
